Some solar power plants in Brazil include the one in Ribeira do Piaui, which has an installed capacity of 292 MW and an area of 690 hectares. In Ribeira do Piaui and Bahia, there are solar power plants with installed capacities of 292 MW (Ribeira do Piaui) and 291 MW (Ituverava Solar Park), respectively, and both are supported by over 850,000 PV panels.
Brazil's transmission system operator, ISA CTEEP, has announced that the country's first large-scale battery has been connected to the grid at one of its electrical substations in Sao Paulo. The company said the battery spans approximately 5,000 square meters and relies on 180 lithium battery modules made by an undisclosed manufacturer in China.
As a global intelligent and technology company, GWM will invest more than 10 billion reais in Brazil in the next 10 years for its operations in Brazil.
